Management structure

Organisation of the project

While the administrative coordination of the project is allocated to ETHZ under the supervision of Prof. K.W. Axhausen, the scientific co-ordination of the project is shared with the ENSC, André de Palma acting as a scientific co-ordinator besides the general co-ordinator. This sharing of competence has several advantages: on the first hand it leaves the management of the project to a professional team with the adequate experience to manage large scale international research projects, and on the other hand, it ensures that the scientific decisions of the project will be taken in close cooperation.
